NEWS & NOTES (WEEK 10)

AXC

The top 6 playoff teams remain the same but Vancouver slipped from the #2 seed to the #4 seed with a lose in week 10. Toronto's lose dropped them from the 7th seed down to 9th and Texas currently holds the final Wildcard spot, 1 game ahead of Kansas City, Toronto & Orlando. New York becomes the first team officially eliminated from the postseason as they remain winless through 10 games. While the other 15 teams are still alive, realistically we are down to 10 teams battling for 7 postseason spots.

1. Dakota 8-1 (1)
2. Pittsburgh 8-2 (3)
3. Buffalo 7-3 (4)
4. Vancouver 7-3 (2)
5. Houston 8-2 (5)
6. Cincinnati 7-3 (6)

8. Kansas City 5-5 (10)
9. Toronto 5-5 (7)

WEST

Vancouver Vandals 7-3 (4-1)
Kansas City Chaos 5-5 (4-1)
Oakland Outlaws 3-7 (0-5)
Indiana Fog 1-9 (1-2)

Kansas City defeated Vancouver at home 13-10 to snap a 4 game losing streak and stay alive for the division crown. Both teams have a 4-1 division record and they split the season series but Vancouver still holds a 2 game lead with 6 games remaining. Vancouver plays teams with a combined record of 40-20 (.667) down the stretch while Kansas City's remaining schedule is a combined 23-37 (.383) so erasing a 2 game lead isn't out of the question.

I did a roster breakdown of all 32 teams here:

https://xfl.myfootballnow.com/forums/1/1343?page=1#10418

It's something I find interesting so I shared it but it's probably not of interest to everyone.
