https://xfl.myfootballnow.com/forums/3/1098?page=1#7566Below is a breakdown of some of the top 10 players across all categories and a look at some of the best players still playing or recently retired.
PASSINGMatthew Whitney (BUF)
The future HOFer has put up insane passing numbers in his career!!!
He has 9 of the 10 most passing yards & 6 of the 8 most TD passes in a regular season game. He also has 8 of the 11 most pass attempts & 9 of the 10 most completions in a game.
By season, he has 7 of the 10 most single season passing yard & 5 of the 10 most single season passing TDs. He also has 7 of the 10 most single season pass attempts & 7 of the 10 most single seasons completions including the top 6 Alltime. With all that passing, he also has 4 of the top 12 single season interceptions.
In his career, he ranks 2nd Alltime in passing yards & passing TDs behind only the GOAT (Randal Cunningham) while rankings 5th in attempts & 6th in completions. With all the passing, he also ranks 1st Alltime in interceptions, 2nd Alltime in times sacked & 2nd Alltime in fumbles.
In postseason games, he does have the most passing yards in a game & 4 of the top 15 passing TD games along with the 4th most pass attempts in a game.
In his postseason career, he is conspicuously absent from all the top 10 categories except 10th in interceptions, 7th in times sacked & 1st Alltime in fumbles.
Matthew Whitney has 6 ALLPROs & 3 league MVPs and is a sure-fire 1st ballot HOFer but with all his regular season success, he is only 5-8 in the postseason in his career and just 4-7 with Buffalo. He is entering his 12 season in the XFL and he needs a Title to put the cherry on top of his amazing career but time is running out!
Gary Fielding (CIN)
He is a 2× ALLPRO & 3× league MVP but he has never been a dominate statistical darling. He has no top 10 spots in games or single seasons but he is 3rd Alltime in career passing yards & passing TDs along with being 8th Alltime in interceptions.

He ranks 4th Alltime in postseason passing yards, 2nd Alltime in passing TDs, 4th Alltime in attempts & completions in the postseason plus he is 3rd Alltime in interceptions & times sacked in the postseason.
Gary Fielding is also a sure-fire future HOFer who us entering his 15th season. He is 13-10 Alltime in the postseason and helped Cincinnati win the 2050 XFL Title.

During the impressive 371 yard rushing game, he tied the Alltime record for longest run with a 98 yarder.
