Um, this just happened. I'm on the game now.

I'm now officially 'Da Bad Guy!'

I believe JDB should protect the GMs giving their all so if you have an acceptable punter and situation set-up you should never get blocked.

AI and checked out GMs and/or poor punters can be had.

Interesting to watch who blocks punts....plenty of 20s and 30s numbers plus some 50s

I like how everyone says it's the 3rd Rusher spot that gets the blocks, but if you look closely, it's the 1st Blocker.

That's what I keep seeing, anyway. That's why I callit an exploit. There's no reason for a DB to be lined up against an OL in that scenario....ever.

Disregard. Apparently it is the 3rd Rusher. I was confusing the Gunner position. Oops!

Quick note before I read all you said.

Tarq posted earlier and I'm fairly sure he instructed people to put the attacker in the wrong spots.

Which I was cool with since I don't think it should have been main board, lets have everyone jump on board and block away.

Yes. They don't go in the Gunner positions. They go on the line, if I'm understanding what I'm seeing in the game replays.

I have a SERIOUS problem with this being made public.

But, why the **** not? Let's play who's the best punt blocker! (Sarcasm)

He's not in this league, right?

I was like cool when I saw the wrong spots, so it failed, any ways. Yeah, the threat even though the picture of the play makes it seem so, isn't from the branched out wings.

It's the inset, 1 spot off from there.

I see what everyone is saying......so how as an admin do I stop this? Not allow use of overrides? Mandate who plays special teams? I'm not sure how to stop this because how do I prove intent. I dont use overrides.....I just set up my special team defaults based on my player weights #1-#12 in each category ST BLOCKER, GUNNER, ST RUSHER.

If one of my ST rushers gets a block and I dont use overrides am I cheating? I'm not sure what to do about this

I think it was much more prevalent when there was first detection. I believe JDB has been on the case.

I believe what we do is make noise like we've been doing, bring attention to it and have him continue to work on and fix it. Just like he did when Punt Return Touchdowns were stripped away and ended. I'm not sure you were playing then but basically if you were backed up in your end zone and had to punt it'd result in giving up a touchdown.

Hopefully, he'll hear us and then the Punt Block will just be relegated to non-punters at the position or the really poor punt timing punter. This way GMs can be still be rewarded for their efforts but it'll come against either a) AI or b) GMs passively playing. This way it keeps the deep playoff games clean for strategy vs. strategy and not stunting.
