Is it fair to say yet that 4.6 has been solved? Passing seems up year to year, though still not as much as in 4.5. I feel like owners are catching onto the new “balance”.
Sucks long passes don’t really work well and I would like to see that reworked, but otherwise has anyone else got the impression things have balanced year to year?
I think it has. Really just want to hand everyone a big gold star for finding new ways etc.
I think you’re right but a lot of it is increasing familiarity among mid-tier owners like myself. For the elites and analytics nerds it didn’t take long to figure out.

I had a game against Ai with the CB #1 and # having 25 and 32 speed, respectively. I tried with all my heart, in every way imaginable and it would not let me hit the over the top vertical pass. I stayed within my plays and didn't attempt long pass streaks because I like winning, but those 2 dorks shadowed my WRs. Played way off and it looked like the game would halt my WRs mid-streak route to not run. I'm not an iso guy and look deep like Ray but I'd gather the engine protects them in every way imaginable.
I nearly quit after the game because I went all out to get what I wanted.

I know interceptions are part of the game and your QB will throw them, and I know I'm really salty about the USFL title game loss, but holy **** does it feel like every QB in all my leagues throw their ints right outside my red zone for a nice short field touchdown for whoever I'm playing

Mine are either on the first play of the drive or at the end of a 75 yard drive
In TPM I had a stretch where I threw a pick on my first pass of the game, 3 games in a row
