In the Quick and Customizable league, I am going to my 4th straight league championship game. Im really proud of this team because I started from the allocation draft so this is completely my team. I won 2 of the first 3 championships so I attempting to win my first back to back championships and 3 out of the first 4. On top of that Im going for my 2nd perfect season after achieving that milestone in custom-79. It will be interesting to see what the future holds for this team as the league switches to version 4.4 next season.

Wish me luck and that league has plenty of openings if anyone wants to come challenge me.

Smirt snatches the New York (a) squad with that 96/96 rated, 95/95 speed WR. Uh oh, how will he use him as he leads the league in rushing and receiving. :) j/k I've been cutting down.

Good luck, bro. Don't let Wesley 'Snipes' go full on Blade with ya!

To get through a season is a bear....perfect and title is quite the accomplishment and you've been owning that league. :)

Like Slick said, let the Gods be with you!

My kicker nails a chip shot field goal as time expires and my team wins!

I won my 3rd championship in that league in 4 seasons with the team reaching the championship game every season. My crown jewel, the Great Falls Quicksilver is the team you dream about building when you play this game. A combined 56-7-1 record in 4 seasons plus an 11-1 record in the playoffs.

Now after dominating for 4 seasons, the true test begins as that league transitions to version 4.4. but for now I will celebrate and enjoy.

Heads up for ya'll since this league is active and ultra competitive.

As you all know injuries are commonplace in MFN, quite frequent and something we constantly have to navigate around. Preseason, basically, the strategy is to gray out any player displaying an injury thus to nip it in the bud. There's been a rather vindictive change in the game snuck in there. If you don't have at least 45 players active it'll ignore your graying out players to not play and it'll play 45 but not only that it's set to zap you with the 'serious injury' designation and really stick it to you.

Remember serious injury players may never get back to what they once were or play to their ratings.

Thanks Smirt......In preseason you should have 60 players or close to it and you definately shouldnt play anyone with even a probable injury during the preseason. If your injuries are to the point in preseason where you cant field at least 45 healthy players, first Im sorry for your luck and second you should pick and chose any injured players you play. For example, bench those starters hurt and play the fringe players, you may be cutting anyway when it comes time to trim the roster.

During the regular season, I usually wont play any player with a probable 4 or higher. Thats just my personal preference but it does highlight the importance of depth at every position. Another area to look at is the fatigue settings you determine in your gameplan. Ive experimented with different settings and after a few discussions with some great owners, I set my fatigue levels lower then the 50-60 that is recommended. A player that is at a higher fatigue level is more susceptible to injury, again this highlights the importance of depth.

Just a few things to think about and once again thanks to Smirt for bringing the subject some attention.

I agree about preseason 100 %. Regular season, it depends on what body part is hurt and the percentage of health. Probable is anywhere from 51-75% health, so a WR with an ankle at 51 likely sits.

Yes, agreed. Playmakers, in and around the 70 mark is when you give it a go. WR #1 with a 65 Knee is right on the threshold but a yes. 60 - no. RB #1 with a 70 foot injury and all other playmakers are clean, potential no.....65 definitely a no.

It's all moveable chess pieces, really. What can I accept, what can't I. Who can I have out, who can't I? How many playmakers are out and does this game matter. Level of opponent etc.

But, basically, when it comes to your prized playmakers never play them at Questionable unless it's Divisional or beyond playoff games.

Lets say you have 1 hurt on a Questionable level in the Wild Card round (all others are good to go) it's not worth playing him and bam, he's knocked out to even where if you make the Title Game you're playing a limping, immobile version of him.

Because now if you had played him in the Wild Card and got him destroyed, you need to win 3 games without him or at least 2 to get him to the title game mangled and probably playing.

At least if you get to Divisional and take the chance but he makes you win, now you're 1 game from getting to the title game and 2 from winning it all by strating your *** off.

I agree with all of this good advice and will only add, when I have a team make a playoff spot
that will not change, I rest as many players as I can that are nicked up. If a chance of a bye is
within reach, I will try for that time off for resting! It sucks to get to post season with half your
starters injured!
