You said it yourself. Working on the run v. zone defense in mfn-1. The ai logic matches more blitzes v. 113 running thanks to what I have done in mfn-2 and 7. It near automatically matches the 113 sweep with a blitz.

The problem, Smirt, is that you believe everything is "get Smirt".

The main issue of Zone vs run is simply that the default get to Zone then react to run leaves LBs way out of position to stop the run effectively, irrespective of who the owner is. Apparently that shouldn't get addressed.

Long passing is also being worked on - is that an attempt to nerf your defensive scheme?

No, fixing long passing is all on JDB who destroyed the game in version 4.2 when he killed off vertical passing and turnstile over the top touchdowns. Sure a lot is about me. Ask him about fb dive and punt blocks. I actually play the game most super fair I have ever played it. I dropped my 4 down, all pass + 2pt offense a long time ago.

I think your skill is finding exploits of the game engine and maximising them, which is useful to the game ironically because it highlights areas of the engine then need work.

You can't though complain you're being targeted for highlighting said exploits.

My skill is surviving JDB destroying the game. He rendered drafts to never have talent -- useless, therefore, I allocate $0 to them and went max, max bids which he also removed due to me (curtseys) I only react to the creator being unfair.

Nah, you're always looking for the exploits to get an edge, mate.

As I said, valuable as it exposes areas the game needs to improve on.

Good game, Challengers. That was the worst game from my QB in a long time. And my defensive play calling seemed a little off. I'd like to blame injuries (of which we've had a lot this season), but we just plain played badly.

4th down rules didn't trigger, therefore, I hit 3s instead of passing on GL D or mashing the 23te run on the pursuit of tds. And, Empire, you lose b#tches.

Another problem being, he has ample reason to believe that. I'm not his fan club by any stretch, and the only reason I ever even get close to him is when MFN is screwing with him, but it's obvious that he's seeing things that nobody else is. He's being singled out for punishment. If MFN can do him like *that,* then no one else should care.

What a load of tosh.

Do you think the game was intended to be played the way Smirt does? I've said he's excellent at finding and maximising exploits - it's testament to his knowledge and ability that others try to copy and fail, due to not knowing the rationale at times. That's incredibly useful to JDB - highlighting things needing fixing to make the sim better all round.

Since you believe he's being singled out for "punishment", maybe every change should be reverted, sod improving things. Bring back the punt block exploit. Bring back that FB run.
